About Me
I’m Jade, a visual artist and writer. As a visual artist, I enjoy painting dreamy scenes with acrylics. Two of my paintings were selected to be displayed at the Morini Gallery in Massachusetts, as well as the former Foxborough Gallery at Patriot’s Place.
Nature has inspired me ever since I was a child. It’s in nature and simple everyday life pleasures that I find most inspiration for my art. I remember the excitement of opening a new box of crayons as one of my first memories, and being so delighted with the different colors and names.
I have two books of poetry in print, Moonflower and A Little Honey Sweetens the Flame, and my poems have appeared in literary magazines, like Lothlorien Journal, Four and Twenty, and Indelible.
I look forward to sharing my art with you. In art, there’s such a wonderful sense of community, and it is my hope to uplift others with my art as art has uplifted me.
